Reiki Treatment Sessions

Reiki is a Japanese word that is used to describe many types of energy healing and
spiritual work. Life force energy flows within our physical body and around us in our
energy field. This life force nourishes the cells of the body and our organs, supporting
them in their vital functions. When this flow of life force is disrupted, it causes
diminished function in one or more of the organs and tissues of the physical body. Reiki
heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with
positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the
physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached which breaks apart
the negative energy. In that way Reiki transforms sluggish stagnated energy, clears,
straightens and heals the energy pathways and allows the life force to flow in a healthy
natural way.
Reiki practice is a holistic, safe, gentle, non-invasive hands-on healing, yet very powerful
system enhancing balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of the person – body,
mind, emotions and spirit.
Reiki could push away pain, anxiety, stress, fatigue, and negative emotions and bring sense
of calm and relaxation.
To enjoy fully your Reiki session, it’s recommended to wear comfortable clothing and
you may bring bottle of water. Please, avoid wearing metal accessories and having heavy
meals prior to the session

Chakra Reading + Tuning

Jenna is a reiki master, yoga instructor and hypnosis practitioner. During your reading, Jenna will do a chakra check assessment to see which chakras are overworked or underworked. Then she will use reiki to remove blockages and get all the chakras flowing in unison. You will get detailed guidance and tips from Jenna on how to maintain balance going forward. She will also show you the areas of your chakra system that need more attention. During the session, specific messages may come through from your guides or passed loved ones. Guides may try to communicate specific messages, advice or direction. At the end of the reading you will be given suggestions on how to continue keeping yourself open and balanced.
