The yoga teacher training begins January 14th and Runs through May of 2025. Training will be held:
Tuesday evenings via zoom 6-9pm.
Saturdays + Sundays in studio 12:30-6pm. (one weekend off a month)
*Tuition includes unlimited yoga classes at Metta Yoga during the training period ($1000 value) All payments for the teacher training are non-refundable
